Returns for Damaged Books:

  • If your book arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@beingananlyst.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged book.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will assess the damage and, if confirmed, provide instructions for returning the damaged book to us.

Replacement of Damaged Books:

  • Once we receive the damaged book and verify the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement copy of the book at no additional cost.
  • Please note that we may require you to return the damaged book to us before shipping a replacement.
